Letter from Arkadiusz Lewicki, Dean of the Faculty of Letters

Ladies and gentlemen,

Dear first-year students,

those of you who have not collected your student cards yet can:

• collect them personally in the Dean’s Office (by appointment by phone or e-mail)

OR

• get a card by post.

In order to get your student card by post, you have to:

1. (necessarily from the university address within the domain “uwr.edu.pl”) send an e-mail to the employee of the Dean’s Office, who is responsible for a given field, degree and mode of study;
2. in the e-mail, specify the address to which the card is to be sent.

Students of part-time studies must attach a scan of the signed contract to the e-mail and make a payment for the studies (the payment is visible in the USOS system, so no confirmation is needed).

The student card will be sent by letter with delivery confirmation.

The card is sent only once.

The Dean’s Office is not responsible for the delivery time.
